Upon the invitation of Global Partners Governance, An Egyptian Delegation from the Parliament's Educational Committee including Dr. Hany Abaza, Committee's Deputy and Dr. Mohamed El Tayeb, Assistant Minister of Higher Education for Technical Affairs and Dr. Mohamed Ali Saleh, Head of the Central Administration of Missions & Cultural Representation arrived to the United Kingdom;
During their visit, The delegation visited on the 25th of July 2018, London South Bank University and its Clarence Centre for Enterprise & Innovation; The delegation was welcomed by Professor David Phoenix, University's Vice Chancellor and Dr. Paul Ivy Deputy Vice Chancellor and Chief Business Officer for scientific research and international relations and a discussion took place regarding the British Higher Educational Governance System in terms of international student offices and students' acceptance system.
Professor David Phoenix highlighted the university's goal to prepare the students for the work environment and provide them with opportunities as the LSBU has the highest employment percentage of its graduates'; The university has the Clarence Centre which hosts 1,000 company and provides the suitable training for its graduates to roll over their own start-up companies.
